At Spa Medicca, we’re committed to providing exceptional care and a seamless experience. Please review our policies before booking any service.

Deposit Policy

• $250 – Halo, CoolSculpting Elite, RF Microneedling
• $100 – All filler categories and BBL treatments
• $50 – Esthetician services and new patient consultations
• No deposit required – Botox or Dysport appointments

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and applied toward your service total.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.

Reminders are sent via text and email, but please ensure your contact info is current.

Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for services rendered. Results vary by individual, and additional treatments may be required at the patient’s expense.

Product Return Policy

• No refunds on retail products.
• In-spa credit within 30 days for documented adverse reactions.
• Exchanges within 7 days for defective items (e.g., broken pump).
